In case you wondered, the Musica de Baleares imprint is an offshoot of popular disco rework outlet Hot Biscuit Recordings - a kind of Balearic-focused little sister, if you will. Here, Idjut boys man Dan Tyler returns for a second outing on the label under his alternate NAD alias. On side A's 'No Me Muevo', he shares a genuinely legendary rework from the archives - a stretched-out, lightly dubbed-out take on a piano-powered, eyes-closed 1980s pop gem that's been a feature of Idjuts DJ sets since at least the 2000s. Like all great Balearic edits, it gives us more of the goodness while sprinkling the source material with a fine layer of loved-up dust. Tyler continues in a similar vein on 'Era De La Razon', making merry with a dreamy, piano solo-laden chunk of AOR pop-goes-to-the-dancefloor tactility.
