Notes:
At first it's hard to approach the first release on yet another new label dealing in discofied edits with a sense of excitement - especially when it arrives with the sheer lack of information that surrounds the arrival of Eros by Eros on Eros. That would however be doing a disservice to the four tracks included here which are naturally all untitled but more importantly massively obscure slabs of disco heat, retaining that vintage late 70s sound transposed from New York nightlife but given a contemporary shakeup in all the right places. The B Side in particular is worth checking, occupied as it is by some sultry Stevie Knicks does Studio 54 and rough and tough analogue proto house
