Sa Pa is James Manning, the Australian-born and Berlin-based operator at the more conceptual and ambient gradients of the dub techno range. If Dub Techno For Life isn't committed enough as a new label names go, find enclosed the 'Girls On Tour' EP, which demonstrates both chops and dedication in sound alone. Drawing on four separate points in a so far unreleased archive, 'Mokira Ultra Dub' is a 10-minute club rework of Swedish producer Andreas Tilliander's 'Manipulation Musik' - originally produced alongside an ambient version for Kontra's Kontra X compilation in 2016, and shelved since - while 'Waiting For You' was once aligned for the Forum label before falling through. Finally, 'Modular System' was recorded one-take in Taipei, Chain Reaction in spirit, and 'World Saving Banger' closes out with major IDM force.
