We only grade our records Mint/Mint if they are sealed from the manufacturer. 

 

ALL brand new records that are released without being sealed at the manufacturing plant, we will always grade “Unplayed/New Stock” and Near Mint/Near Mint . 

 

The buyer is responsible for paying shipping (Postage + Packaging) With orders over £50, additional fees may apply to fully insure the item for loss or damage, but this will be discussed and agreed before we ship the item. 

 

PLEASE do get in touch if you have any questions! Please be aware that any order being sent outside the U.K that comes to more than £20 (including shipping) has to be sent 'tracked & signed' We're sorry about this and know it's an unwanted price increase but, especially in these turbulent times, it's essential that both you as the customer and us are fully insured for any loss or damage. No Paypal Fees! Unlike some other sellers we do not charge a fee on paypal transactions. We pick up all the Paypal charges! We will always obtain proof of postage and hold no liability for missing parcels, if you would like your item(s) to be sent via recorded delivery please let us know - we should recommend this for items we ship.  

 

Records are sent using standard UK post office services . You must request signature and tracking if you wish to claim for items not delivered.

While we don't have an official line on returns as such, we always look to seek a win win situation for all concerned - this excludes any postal fiasco's.

We keep the vinyl in a secure dehumidified unit at home and all items are insured on an agreed price basis . 

 

Vinyl can be viewed at any time subject to prior agreement . The storage facilities can be opened up to see, and also we can demonstrate the shared accounting facilities that allow all sales and stock to be viewed remotely .
